The 2021 25 Kuna is part of a series of Circulating commemorative coins struck from 2021-2021. Designated as a Business (MS) strike, this coin is made of Bimetallic: copper-aluminium-nickel centre in copper-nickel ring (Core: 92% Cu, 6% Al, 2% Ni, Ring: 75% Cu, 25% Ni).
Obverse: In the central part of the core of the coin there is a stylized numerical mark of nominal value "25", through the contours of the numerical mark you can see the kuna beetle turned to the right, and its body is incorporated into the numerical mark. Above the number and representation of the kuna beetle, on the surface of the core of the coin, is the coat of arms of the Republic of Croatia. Below the number, inside the core of the coin, is written the name of the currency "KUNA". Above the representation of the core of the coin, on the surface of the ring of the coin, the text "REPUBLIC OF CROATIA" is written in a semicircle. Below the representation of the core of the coin, on the ring of the coin, on the left, is shown a laid laurel twig in bloom, and on the right on the ring is a twig of pedunculate oak with fruit. Along the upper edge of the ring is a representation of circularly placed couplings, which together connected in a continuous series form a chain, with the same symbolic message from the description of the same motif on the face of the commemorative 25 kuna coin.
Reverse: Inside the core of the coin is a representation of the geometric body of the cube, reminiscent of the "cube" from the official emblem of the Croatian Association of Technical Culture, which conveys the message of stability, durability and geometric "perfection". "Cube" symbolizes one of the fields from the coat of arms of the Republic of Croatia, while twelve equal edges of the "cube" represent the same number of basic principles of organization of the Croatian Association of Technical Culture. In the central part of the core of the coin and the "cube" are written the years of the anniversary of "1946" and "2021", and in the rest of the core of the coin are displayed elements of the electronic board, as an important part of many electronic devices. In a circle, inside the ring of the coin, the text »75. ANNIVERSARY OF THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE CROATIAN COMMUNITY OF TECHNICAL CULTURE «. Along the upper edge of the ring is a representation of circularly placed links that individually symbolize different activities of technical culture, and which together connected in a continuous series form a chain, which symbolizes strength and togetherness in the development of technical culture.
